  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the seller approves and the product is expired or damaged.
  • Package damage caused by courier/delivery partners is not Yellookart’s responsibility.
  • We work with 3rd party delivery partners and direct seller delivery in some locations.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customers must report eligible issues within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

3. Shipping Policy

  • Same-day or next-day delivery (0–1 days) depending on order time and location.
  • Orders placed between 10:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. are processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after cut-off time will be delivered the next working day.
